Ever wonder what goes into creating an animated movie?

Learn from professional artists and create your own animation in the process!

This hands-on course introduces the world of animation that combines artistic and technical skills to help students expand their

minds and think outside the box through creative thinking and problem-solving.

Creatively, the course includes creative exercises that will spark new ideas and ways to create in every lesson. Each class includes

hands-on exercises that focus on the topic for the week. Students will create flipbooks, storyboards, design their characters, sculpt

those characters, make them move, and more!

Technically, the course gives students an inside look at the key steps to making your film, featuring professional industry artists to

give an inside look at what goes into making what you see or play on the screen. Each stage will reveal different aspects of the

process that will open the student’s eyes and minds to other ways to think and create using artistic and technical brains. They will

encounter technical challenges to their creative vision and learn how to problem-solve around these obstacles. Exposing students to

areas of the creation they never even knew existed.

Coolest part? Students will leave with a final project, their own animation to be proud of and share with the world.
